At Nordisk Renhet, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products designed for long-lasting performance. Our warranty policy reflects our confidence in our products, ensuring you can enjoy the benefits of clean, filtered water without worries.


Warranty Coverage

  • Subscribers:
    • Enjoy a Lifetime Warranty as long as your subscription remains active. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use.
  • Non-Subscribers:
    • Receive a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing Defects:
    If a defect arises from the materials or craftsmanship of the product, we will replace it. You will need to provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue for us to assess.

  • Filter Lifespan & Usage:
    The Nordisk Renhet filter is designed to last 13,000 liters of water. Based on average shower habits (8 minutes per shower, 7–10 liters per minute flow rate), here’s an estimate of how long the filter will last for different household sizes:

    • 1-person household: 20,440–29,200 liters/year = ~6 months per filter
    • 2-person household: 40,880–58,400 liters/year = ~3–4 months per filter
    • 3-person household: 61,320–87,600 liters/year = ~2–3 months per filter
    • 4-person household: 81,760–116,800 liters/year = ~1.5–2 months per filter
    • 5-person household: 102,200–146,000 liters/year = ~1–1.5 months per filter

    To ensure optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter according to these guidelines. Actual lifespan may vary depending on individual shower habits and water flow rates.

  • Normal Use:
    Failure under normal use, demonstrated by video evidence, is covered.


What Is Not Covered

  • Normal Wear and Tear:
    This includes but is not limited to damage from prolonged use, exposure to elements, or degradation from improper maintenance.

  • Improper Use or Installation:
    If the product is damaged due to misuse or improper installation, it will not be eligible for a warranty claim.


Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@nordiskrenhet.com.
  2. Provide a description of the issue and upload relevant photos or videos.
    • For video uploads, we recommend using Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file-sharing platforms. You can easily share a link with our support team.
  3. Our team will review your claim and, if valid, will send a replacement product.

Note: Refunds fall under a separate policy. If you need to process a return, please refer to our Return Information page.


Replacement Policy

As part of the warranty, we will replace the defective product. Refunds are not covered under the warranty policy and must be handled separately.


Warranty Transferability

If you sell or give away your product, the warranty is transferable. The new owner must provide the original proof of purchase, including receipts.


Extended Warranty

Non-subscribers can request an extended warranty by emailing admin@nordiskrenhet.com for more information.


Geographic Coverage

This warranty is valid within the European Union.
